Reconciling yourself with your self-image: photographic support
The trials of life modify the image we have of ourselves: bereavement, separation, divorce, attacks, loss of job, temporary or deeper depressions, economic and climatic situation have an impact on the deep Being.
We end up no longer recognizing ourselves, the person we once were is no longer, we are a little lost, we no longer recognize ourselves, we lose our footing. There loss of self-confidence is there, sneaky. It becomes an obstacle to rebounding, to resuming a normal life, full of energy, to initiative.
There Photo therapy is a therapeutic method which helps to repair self-esteem, to reconcile with one's image, to reconnect with one's body, and to accept oneself as one is through photography or a mirror.
“The projective experience concerns photography, but it goes well beyond…”
Emilie Danchin. Philosopher, therapist and photographer
The objective of this therapy is to let emotions, fears, blockages and unconscious knots emerge, in order to free oneself from them and reclaim one's body, its history.
This self-safe and ecological work with the subconscious. It’s an opportunity to watch yourself in the role of yourself as if on a stage. Where you are the actor, and the director, and the screenwriter. You work with the inner world through the projection of the outside.
By taking a neutral look at your image, you can reconnect with yourself, understand the true needs of your personality, separate yourself from your complexes, release your emotions.
The results of this work can bring you:
- Help relieve stress
- Learn to simplify and let go of problems
- Update past experience
- Find the energy within you
- Change attitude towards yourself and others
- The pleasure of rediscovering the femininity that is within you
- Feel the harmony
