Reconciling with your body image

Who has never experienced surprising their own Dfland in a mirror and not recognizing the image hoped for with devaluation and loss of confidence in itself? But you are faced with this stylized image imposed by society and the law of aesthetic lobbies. This image does not generate fulfillment, only your body's own truth can lead to this. Check out this what your body tells you, dialogue with it because it presides to all your choices and never lies.

My photographic vision led me, by searching the aesthetics of the body in the context of exhibitions on dance and dancers, finally found beauty essential in everyone outside of these idealized canons. Each body reveals a plastic richness that I have learned to perceive through the lens, and which accounts of all its history and all its desires. The image of body in different cultures is relative to codes of each era. Thus the Western view favors
youth, physical performance without taking into account of the harmonious balance of the body.

By scrolling from one posture to another through the video or photography, you will capture the essence of your personality and you will appreciate yourself, because your way to present yourself to the world, to move, you guide to self-knowledge.
